Linking Abaqus with Fortran

Hello everyone,
 I'm trying to link Abaqus 2017 with Fortran via Intel parallel studio 2017 update 2 and Microsoft visual studio ultimate 2013 update 5 , but I got the following message when trying to verify the connection, can anybody help me, please.
 C:\Windows\system32>abaqus verify-all
 The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect.
 The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect.
 Abaqus Error: Command line option "verify-all" may not be used with "analysis".
               Valid options for use with "analysis" are:
